The ITServe Fastest Growing Company Awards are a testament to the impact of businesses that embrace innovation and strive for excellence.
The ITServe Fastest Growing Companies Award is a prestigious recognition that celebrates outstanding performance and remarkable growth in three categories: Small, Medium, and Large. Applicants will be evaluated based on their revenue growth over a three-year period.
Mark your calendars for October 2023 when we announce the winners before the ITServe Synergy 2023 awards at banquet Night.

Categories and Revenue Thresholds:
- Small: Up to $10 million in revenue.
- Medium: $10 million to $20 million in revenue.
- Large: Over $20 million in revenue.
Instructions:
- Applications for the ITServe’s Fastest Growing Company Award is now open. There are no costs associated with applying or winning for ITServe members. Non-members can apply with a fee of $500. The application deadline is September 26, 2023.
- Once you have submitted your application, Our CPA firm will contact you to gather information about your company’s revenue for the years 2020, 2021, and 2022. This data will be used to rank the top fastest-growing companies based on the percentage increase in sales during that period.
- Winners will be notified in late September to mid October and honored at an Awards Celebration held in October 2023 during the ITServe Synergy Conference.
Qualifications:
To be eligible for consideration, companies must meet the following criteria:
- Structure: Applicants must be independent, privately held corporations, proprietorship, or partnerships.
- Sales History: A complete three-year sales history is required, demonstrating growth from 2020 to 2022. Sales in 2020 should cover a full 12-month period.
- Acquisition History: The company should not have acquired any other entity in the last two years.
- Growth Evaluation: While it is not mandatory to have experienced growth every single year, the evaluation will consider the average growth between the first and third years.
- Bankruptcy Status: Companies operating in bankruptcy at any point during the contest period or up until the winner selection are not eligible.
- Sales Threshold: Sales in 2020 must exceed $500,000 and encompass a full 12-month period.
- Location: The company’s headquarters must be located within the United States.

All of the following must be true of your company in order to qualify for the 2023 Awards Program. Your company must:
- Have generated revenue by 31 Dec 2022
- Can Provide revenue Details to our CPA along with supporting documentation [Financial statement along with P&L sheet]
- Be privately held, for-profit; based in the U.S., and independent (not a subsidiary or division of another company)
No. ITServe's Fastest Growing Company Award Program is determined solely by revenue growth. Profitability is not a consideration. We will be using your reported revenue (line 1c on your Tax returns) to calculate your growth rate.
The company structure is not a factor. Your company may still be eligible if the business is independent and meets the criteria. ITServe will provide the Material for the same on request.
Yes, Winners can showcase the Award for a duration of One Year until the next awards are announced. ITServe will provide ITServe's Fastest Growing Company Award logo for the marketing collaterals.
